2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you access it, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, file accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer, as well as browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted by the host after a short time. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.

3. Storage in your browser

We do not set any cookies. In your browser's local storage (localStorage), we only store your cart, so that it is still there on your next visit, and your choice in the cookie banner. In addition, the website uses a service worker to store page files (images, font, code) in the browser cache so that it loads faster and works offline. This data does not leave your device and is strictly necessary for the function you requested (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.

4. TikTok videos (only with consent)

In the “The Creator Cuts” section, original videos are embedded via the TikTok player. The players only load when you allow “External media” in the cookie banner or tap “Load videos” on a clip; before that, no connection to TikTok is established. When they load, connection data (including IP address, device and browser information) is transmitted to TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, D02 T380, Ireland; TikTok may use cookies or similar technologies and may also transfer data to third countries. Videos only play with sound when you start them. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). 5. Payment with Stripe

When you tap “Buy now” in the cart, we transmit the packs in your cart to Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. On Stripe's checkout page, you enter your email address, payment details and, if applicable, billing information directly with Stripe. We receive the order data from Stripe (purchased packs, amount, email address, time, payment status), but not your full card details. The purpose is to process the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to fulfill retention obligations under tax and commercial law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; usually 6 or 10 years). To process purchases and to prevent further sales after an exclusive purchase, we additionally store the order ID, Stripe Checkout ID, chosen character, license variant and license version, price, consents, reservation status and time of payment in a protected order database. A paid exclusive assignment is retained in order to enforce the agreed stop on sales.

If you write to us, we process your details in order to answer your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no retention obligations apply.

7. External links

Links to other websites (e.g. TikTok, Know Your Meme, creator websites) only open the respective site when you click them. From then on, the privacy notices of the respective provider apply.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. 9. No analytics, no advertising
